“Somewhere I read of the freedom of assembly. Somewhere I read of the freedom of speech. Somewhere I read of the freedom of press. Somewhere I read that the greatness of America is the right to protest for right. And so just as I say we aren’t going to let any dogs or water hoses turn us around, we aren’t going to let any injunction turn us around. We are going on.”
Martin Luther King Jr. (born Michael King Jr.; January 15, 1929 – April 4, 1968) was an American Christian minister and activist who became the most visible spokesperson and leader in the civil rights movement from 1955 until his assassination in 1968.
“Most middle-class whites have no idea what it feels like to be subjected to police who are routinely suspicious, rude, belligerent, and brutal.”
Dr. Benjamin Spock
“When you have police officers who abuse citizens, you erode public confidence in law enforcement. That makes the job of good police officers unsafe.”
Mary Frances Berry
"This is the problem with the United States: there's no leadership. A leader would say, 'Police brutality is an oxymoron. There are no brutal police. The minute you become brutal you're no longer police.' So, what, we're not dealing with police. We're dealing with a federally authorized gang."

“Our police forces were created not to protect Americans of color, but to control Americans of color.”
Ijeoma Oluo,
Systemic Policing
The role of a peace officer is “to protect and serve.” Their sworn duty is to protect the people and sworn to serve the people, but in black communities around the United States, this has a different meaning? Black communities live in fear and face intimidation by the white police officer on a daily basis in these United States.
The history of the police officer is to keep the races segregated by enforcing de-facto “black codes” (replaced by Jim Crow Laws) in the South and enforcing de-jure “black codes” (socio-economic status) in most northern states? The police officer is given the power to act with impunity within the black community. The job of the white police officer is to keep the black community in its place designed by systemic government policies.
The Jim Crow Laws are aimed at subjugating the black community by denying them their civil rights all with the backing of the police officer. If these laws are violated or broken by the black community, the black community often endures “acts of brutality” from the white police officers. The white police officer in the black community is a constant reminder of the enforced racial order!
Given the history and the enforcement of these Jim Crows Laws, they specified how, when and where the black community could work and how much they would be paid with the backing of the white police officer in the community. The white police officer was able to restrict the civil rights of blacks, deny them the right to vote and dictate how and where they could travel. The Jim Crow system was upheld by local government officials reinforced by acts of terror that were perpetrated by white vigilantes and backed by white police officers.
The white police officer is given all this power with the backing of the Supreme Court to act within the fullest extent of the law in the persecution of black America. The police officer is on the front line to enforce, to defend the policies and laws of systemic policing. He is given the power to keep the black community in perpetual chains. White police officers are given the power to be judge, jury and executioner in the black community.
The white police officers’ tactics of brutality are immense and lawful (only in the protections in the use of ‘deadly’ force granted by the Supreme Court) in the roots of racism in American policing! The racist government policies that exist in American policing (the judicial system) fail to hold the white police officer accountable for their brutality and killings in the black communities.
The white police officer enjoys protection from prosecution, as prosecutors work with the police departments in the incarceration of blacks. State prosecutors can keep their incarceration rates high of blacks with the use of systemic policing and systemic racism. State prosecutors fail to indict or charge white police officers in the brutality or death of blacks, as justifications are used to demonstrate white police officers feared for their lives.
The grand juries that investigate police brutality are kept secret, so as not to know, the judicial process is controlled by whites, who guarantee that the white police officer is the white buffer needed to protect the white community from the black community.
White police officers take their steps even further by instigating confrontations within the black community? This is done by triggering antagonistic tactics in the black community to provoke a response. It is done to elevate an altercation into a crime unjustly committed by someone black, so the white police officer can execute his powers to the full extent of the law. A white police officer has many tools at his disposal to keep the black community in perpetual chains of oppression.
A white police officer will purposefully seek out blacks to extricate them from the vehicle, stop and frisk them on the streets or even harass them in their homes to trigger a resistance response. The detention of a black person is another tool used to check the background of that black person for a criminal history! All of this is done in the hopes of finding something outstanding on that individual or to escalate the detention to an arrest, an assault or even death.
A white police officer will follow a black driver, creating a hostile environment in the hopes of stopping that vehicle for a moving violation. Black men are racially profiled for the type of vehicle they are driving, the vehicle fit the description of a crime or the driver committed a moving violation. White police officers pull black people over at a higher rate to antagonize them to the point of catching a case! That is how they keep blacks in the judicial system! Most stops made by white police officers of black drivers result in a ticket, a fine, a court appearance, an arrest or even death.
Most black men are falsely detained by white police officers on the streets for long periods of time to get black men to respond negatively, so they can have an excuse to arrest them for anything, as long as they are able to arrest them. White police officers will often handcuff black men and never tell them why they are being detained, why they are under investigation or why they are a suspect? In most cases, their excuse for having the wrong person is they say they fit the description of the suspect they are pursuing and did not realize they had the wrong person, but detaining them was to escalate the detainment into an arrest, an assault or even death!
Blacks are harassed in their own homes by white police officers, as those white police officers instill fear and intimidation in the black community! The rule of law does not apply to the white police officer when executing his duties in the black community. A white police officer will force his way into the home of blacks for the sole purpose of enforcing his authority over the black community. Most blacks do not have the legal means to challenge the authority of the white police officer and that officer knows he is backed by systemic racism and policing!
This encounter a white police officer has with a black person is to set in motion to say, they are resisting arrest. Why? A white police officer uses resisting arrest as the initial tool to escalate the hostilities he or she hopes to develop from the black person being detained! A police officer knows this and uses this tool to escalate a minor infraction into a felony to establish a criminal history for a person of color.
Resisting arrest or failure to comply is an escalation tool used by white police officers to place the black community into the judicial system. A white police officer uses resisting arrest as the main tactic as his weapon for mass incarceration.
The police precincts in the black community have a majority of white police officers in them, so they can control the community of what goes into and what comes out of that community. Guns, drugs, prostitution and crimes are rampant in the black community with the protection of white police officers? Houses of ill repute are found at a higher rate in black communities and some operate with the backing and control of systemic policing policies.
These houses of ill repute are protected by a broken system of policing policies that are filled with crooked cops, who take bribes, protect certain aspects of criminal activity and help to keep drugs and other illicit activities contained in black communities. As, long as these houses of ill repute operate in the black community, these white police officers do not have to control and contain them in white communities.
The abuse of police powers are numerous and widespread in the black community! We hear constantly of police officers, who are taking bribes, protecting criminals and criminal enterprises or even resorting to murder for hire! These police officers root out enemies of the criminal system or root out enemies of rivals that support them! Some white police officers will go as far as planting evidence on a black person, to eliminate the competition of a rival criminal enterprise that refuse to pay for police protection!
Now, not all white police officers that work in the black community are bad! In fact, most white police officers are good officers, but the “blue wall of silence” inhibits them from honestly operating and doing their job properly in the black community. The strength of the police union prevents the good officer from exposing corruption within their own rank and file.
The law and order strategy are the enforcement of laws on the books that are used at a higher rate against people of color to demonstrate to the white community the importance of why these laws are needed with the hopes to create falsehoods and negative portrayals of people of color. Court rulings for convictions and the incarceration of black males are at a higher rate than other ethnic groups and the higher fines are another tool used to keep blacks in perpetual debt to the point they cannot pay the fine or they remain in jail. Mass incarceration at its best!
Not all black men that run from the police because they have something to hide, most black men run from the police for they fear for their lives. When blacks are stopped and believe they have done nothing wrong, they get trapped in the act of systemic policing! The criminalization of young black men in this country is infuriating!
The black man in America is not innocent until proven guilty, he is guilty until he can pay for his innocence! He is forced to hire a lawyer, if he cannot afford that lawyer, he is appointed a public defender, who will trade up for him for the white man that can afford him as his lawyer.
Once a black person has a felony on their record, they are denied certain civil rights. They are denied federal, state, local and in some cases private employment. This is just another reason why a black person is given a criminal record. This is the main reason why white police officers are the perfect tool to disenfranchise the black community. “If the white police officer gives a black man a record, he eliminates the competition.” An interaction between a white police officer and a person of color is neither a random act nor by chance, but by design!
Control the Narrative to Beat Trump

In Your Debates, Do not Criticize Your Own Party Opponents?
“The enemy of my enemy is my friend” By attacking each other’s plans, you are given the other party ammunition (not gun laws) to attack you and your plan as well.
Talk about your plan?
If you know you have a solid plan, use your plan to your advantage? Discuss your plan, sell your plan to the people? Back it up with numbers? Aim high with your plan, but inform the people that all plans have to be negotiated and that is the need to aim high?
The Seven (7) important plans that need to be discussed directly to the people are as follows:
Healthcare / Jobs Bill / Infrastructure Repair / Taxes / Education / Foreign Policy / Trade
Give Facts About Your Plan?
If your plan is solid give the facts? If part of your plan has flaws, do not be afraid to inform the people. All plans are negotiated to pass legislation that is best for the people.
How will You Implement Your Plan?
Most plans need to be implemented through increased taxes? Talk about income inequality and the unfair distribution of taxes? Let the people know that taxes are the only entitlement plan for the government? Discuss how you will redistribute existing taxes to pay for your plan, such as closing tax loopholes, wealthy paying their fair share and corporations paying their fair share of taxes? Give examples? Discuss your plan for the growth of small businesses? Discuss how to balance the budget and how to pay down the deficit? Give an example of the interests on the debt and why it needs to be reduced?
Stop Talking About Guns?
Democrats are not gaining any support by talking new gun laws and gun restrictions? Use the 2ndAmendment to your advantage? Use the 10thAmendment as well? Use the US Constitution, a right given directly to the people by the Framers?
Discuss McConnell not working with the House?
Discuss how legislation was passed in the House that is being held up by the Senate Majority Leader? Use this to your advantage of poor management by the Republican Senate and their failure to negotiate with the House of Representatives. Throw Republicans under the bus for the failure to conduct legislation for the people?
Discuss the Importance of Retaining the House?
Use to your advantage, the failure of Republicans in the House with passing bi-partisan legislation. Discuss the importance of bi-partisan politics and the benefits it brings to the people? Use the failure of bi-partisan politics? Throw Republicans under the bus for the failure to conduct legislation for the people? Discuss the need for Democrats to retain the House to pass signature legislation that directly benefits the people. Give examples of your plan?
Discuss the Importance of Capturing the Senate?
Discuss the need for Democrats to capture the Senate to pass signature legislation that directly benefits the people. Give examples of your plan?
Discuss the Policy Failures of Trump?
Discuss the failures of his tax cuts? Discuss the rise in the deficit? Discuss the failure of “Make America Great Again” and how it has divided the nation? Discuss his failures in domestic policies? Give examples, such as the miners, the farmers, service sector jobs and stifled wages? Discuss the failure of the government in wage growth, whereas the states are securing their own needs for wage growth? Discuss his failures in foreign policy? Discuss how he has alienated the nation’s allies and praises Tyrants?
Discuss the Importance of Beating Trump?
Restoring America’s leadership in the world? Discuss the failure of his Executive Orders? Discuss Trump’s failure to work with the United Nations? Discuss his failure to work with Congress? Discuss to the people that your plan is the way to beat Trump?
Control the Narrative? Control the Narrative?
Information is power? If asked questions, stick with your plan? If they call you a “Socialist” explain to the people that taxes are a socialist program that is an entitlement for the Legislative and Executive Branches of government that is being used for their own pet projects? Discuss how all programs, such as Social Security, Medicare and others are funded directly by the people and are not entitlement programs?
